I aim to empower individuals to build a solid foundation for life; achieving their true potential, whilst developing a sense of personal freedom. Support is provided with setting and achieving goals and specific outcomes using various models, techniques and technologies of human change.

Coaching is just one way in which you can invest in your personal development, as you start to transform your life for the better. People often buy practical things which they think makes them feel good, and makes life seem easier temporarily. However the most important, long lasting and effective investments you can make to improve your life is in yourself.

By empowering you to identify and explore your personal barriers, you'll be aware of the things that are preventing you from achieving your true potential and your goals. Most people are aware to some degree of their personal barriers, yet many struggle to identify the root causes and how to overcome them.

Personal barriers are internal challenges that prevent people from taking action or moving forward, e.g. negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, guilt; limiting beliefs, like I'm not good enough, I'm too old etc.

Getting to the heart of your problems or challenges is key, as many people struggle to progress, simply because they have not taken enough time to dig deep enough in the foundations of their lives.

Most people are aware that something may be holding them back, and most seem to have a general idea of what this may be. Yet few know how to move beyond and release what no longer serves them. Knowing what the problem is, is half the battle, yet the battle is not fully over until you transcend your personal barriers.

I have assisted many individuals to move on with their lives and free themselves from what often seems like a lifetime of pain and anxiety. I love the saying 'heaven and hell are not geographical places, they exist with in us'. This signifies how people can feel about their lives and their daily existence. There is a way - and often it's the road less travelled because choosing to release the old to embrace the new can sometimes seem scary and painful. Yet it's a journey well worth taking. As Tony Robbins says 'a few weeks of pain is better than a lifetime of pain'.
